A majority of our customers are sent to us by referral. Typically a happy client, or an out of the area agent researching successful Realtors in our area, sends us their own friends and family to contact and assist with their Real Estate needs. We are also contacted after those looking for an agent see 5-star testimonials from past clients! We will gather basic information from you on the phone, or via email, and establish a time to meet with you in person!

When we arrive to your home, we do not come there with a price in mind. We feel is a disservice to our clients to assume what your home is worth, before stepping foot inside the home. We will discuss nearby comparables, look at the similarities, and also discuss what makes your home unique. We will go over our marketing plan and discuss a goal sale price - showing you how we'll get there! Buyer: Our first appointment can be a call, or an in person meeting at our office. We will discuss your next steps: obtaining a pre approval, deciding the area you want to be in, needs vs. wants in terms of your new home and how we will negotiate to get you the best possible deal on your new home!

If you are listing your home - we will do what we need to do to get it show ready! We will discuss staging, cleaning, painting, and all of those fun things that go along with making your home look its best! We have cleaned out homes, planted flowers, scrubbed floors and cleaned pools! Once the home is show ready, we will schedule our professional photographer to come take photos of your home. We don't care if it is a $30,000 listing or a $3,000,000 listing....NO HOME SHOULD BE ADVERTISED WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS! The goal is to get clients in the door - and cell phone photos won't cut it. If you are buying a home, we will set you up on an automatic search with one or more of the 5 MLS boards we belong to, to ensure you are the FIRST to receive any new listing that comes on the market, as soon as it hits! We will set the home's criteria and price, and as soon as something stands out to you - we will be one of the first to go see it! We will also reach out to contacts to see about any "pocket listings" that might match what you are looking for! This gives you a competitive edge that many other agents don't put the effort into providing!

With your listing, as soon as the photos are back - your home then goes live! We will use our multiple MLS systems to market your home to thousands of different websites, including Zillow, Realtor.com, and more! You sit back while we start sending the offers to you! If you are purchasing, we set up showings that work with YOUR schedule, and spend the time showing you around specific areas and homes you are interested in. If you like it, we'll get it!
